Renderings-

Renderings are a very powerful and important tool for a designer to produce. These deliverables in particular are created in order to give the client a visual conception of what their space will look like, with the materials that have been selected.  Many people are not visual beings and cannot simply imagine a space based off of material samples alone.  With that being said, it is very important to produce renderings that are as accurate as possible.  A bad rendering is far worse than no rendering at all.  I try to be as realistic as possible in my renderings, often times creating custom materials and adding accessories for that extra touch of personalization.
